Agreement

By using this website, placing an order or sending us a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are

This website is run by Underdog Media LLC, a boxing and sports media company based in Delaware and a division of Ms. Want Entertainment.

Shop orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars.
• Your order is confirmed only after we receive your payment by Zelle.
• Write your order number in the Zelle payment note so we can match it to your order.
• If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we may cancel the order.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Your order ships after your payment is received. Shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed by email.

Returns

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to start a return. Refunds are sent back by Zelle once we receive the item.

Story submissions

When you submit your story, you confirm that it is true and that it is yours to share. Sending a story does not guarantee you will be selected for the series. If you are selected, we will contact you before filming and agree on the details with you.

Bookings and sponsorships

Sending a booking or sponsor request does not create a contract. Dates, prices and deliverables are agreed separately by email or in writing.

Our content

All photos, videos, logos and text on this website belong to Underdog Media LLC or its partners. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free. To the extent allowed by law, Underdog Media LLC is not responsible for indirect losses from using this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
